General Admission Passes - July 29 & 30
General Admission tickets are per carload up to 7 people. All guests must have a seatbelt in the vehicle, and all guests using the ticket must arrive in a single vehicle.
Please note: The Airshow is not a drive-in format for spectator viewing. After parking, all guests must enter the Airshow grounds. Viewing the show from the parking lot is not permitted. No oversized vehicles permitted (Buses, trailers, etc.)

PROPS & PISTONS
The Red Deer Regional Airport is pleased to announce the return of the Props and Pistons show and shine taking place July 29 & 30, 2023 at the Red Deer Regional Airshow. This will mark the airports 3rd Props and Pistons, which features static aircraft displays, and a vehicle show and shine. Take in a day of sunshine and displays, and the opportunity to get up close and personal with aircraft big and small.
Admission into this event is included in the Airshow admission and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Red Deer and District Food Bank.
The Red Deer Regional Airport also gives the public the opportunity to vote for the favorite aircraft and vehicle display, and award a trophy based on public feedback

RCAF TACTICAL FIGHTER SUPPORT DEMONSTRATION
The RCAF Tactical Fighter Support demonstration will show the CF-18’s ability to provide support to soldiers on combat operations. The CF-18, is a multi-role fighter aircraft. It is used for air defence, air superiority, ground attack, tactical support, training, aerobatic demonstration, and aerospace testing and evaluation.
The Hornet is a fast, light and maneuverable aircraft. Because of its power, speed and target-tracking capabilities, it has had great success in many military operations in Canada and around the world.

CANADIAN ARMED FORCES SKYHAWKS
The Canadian Armed Forces Parachute Team, the SkyHawks, are Canada’s only military parachute demonstration team. The team is made up of Canadian Armed Forces members with a wide variety of professional trades and backgrounds.
Established in 1971, the SkyHawks have represented Canada and the Canadian Armed Forces with pride, performing in front of over 75 million spectators world-wide under their signature Canadian Flag parachutes. The team demonstrates the high standard of professionalism, dedication, and teamwork it takes to be part of Canada’s military. The SkyHawks’ thrilling performance of daring manoeuvres brings their parachutes in close proximity to each other and requires a high level of skill, teamwork, and physical fitness. This discipline of proximity parachute flying is known as Canopy Relative Work within the skydiving community.
All team members are first soldiers, sailors, and aviators in the CAF before joining the SkyHawks

CANADIAN FORCES SNOWBIRDS
The Canadian Forces Snowbirds are proud to uphold the legacy of military aviation excellence as Canada’s elite air demonstration team for over 52 years.
The Snowbirds signature nine jet precision formation flying is made possible thanks to a highly skilled and dedicated team of pilots, technicians, mobile support equipment operators, resource management support clerks, engineers, a logistics officer and a public affairs officer. Together, while serving as ambassadors, all members of the Canadian Forces Snowbirds showcase the skill, professionalism and teamwork inherent in all members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
The Canadian Forces Snowbirds are based out of 15 Wing Moose Jaw in Saskatchewan and are composed of approximately 80 Canadian Armed Forces personnel, 24 of whom will travel to 25 locations across Canada and the United States for the 2023 season.
